"I'm a man and I have wide feet and have always found that even really high end socks are often too tight. Wide Open Socks are just so comfortable. hey are expensive but worth every penny. There is only one change I would request. It is hard to understand what the real length of the different styles. A sentence explaining the differences would be helpful. "I bought some Wide Open for my husband. He has thicker ankles/calves than men his weight range. He is not obese but has thick calves. I got your socks because I thought they would stay up better than diabetic socks (he is not diabetic, but regular socks practically cut his legs). He loves your merino wool but your socks still leave a lot of indentation in his legs. I didn’t expect this with the Wide Open socks. They were a little better before the first wash so they definitely shrank too much after the first wash, in cold water. I have been a customer of your Darn Tough socks for years and I know you have a premium product. I selected “uncomfortable “ because of the tightness on the calves, but they are comfortable otherwise."
