We created Wide Open based on your need for a wider fitting sock. We take your feedback to heart, which helps us develop new designs and test our products to make our socks even better.

Comfort Club FAQs

What do I get for joining the club?

In addition to helping us reshape the sock industry, you’ll get the opportunity to weigh in on new sock designs, colors, and patterns. (Not to mention, bragging rights.)

What if I don’t like the product?

If you’re unhappy with our product, please tell us. The point of this process is to identify ways to make our socks better, and your honest feedback – good or bad – is how we do that.

Can I encourage other people to join?

Yes, absolutely. Feel free to tell your friends and family about the Comfort Club and encourage them to join if they too have opinions worth sharing.

Will I get to test socks?

Unfortunately, not everyone will get socks to test. In fact, only a small percentage will. But don’t let that discourage you – your feedback is just as useful.

Do I get to keep the product after I’m done testing?

Yes. If you do get selected to test a pair of socks, they are yours to keep after submitting your feedback.
